The Compassion Fatigue Workshop is a comprehensive program that will teach you how to recognize the signs of compassion fatigue, how to protect yourself from burnout, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and how to build resilience. In this workshop, you'll learn: What compassion fatigue is and how it affects you. The signs and symptoms of compassion fatigue. Strategies for managing stress and burnout. Ways to stay connected to your compassion. The workshop will be led by experienced professionals who have a deep understanding of compassion fatigue. You will have the opportunity to learn from their experience and to share your own experiences with others.
